Why should you use iExercise?

You should use iExercise because it is an app created by experts (teens who love to have fun and stay in shape)! You know the exercises will be fun and functional when they are made up by active teens. You don’t even have to have a surplus of time to pull out your phone and do one of our exercises! You can do them at home, at school, or even in your office if you get a chance, because some of the exercises are more stationary and are less intense than others. iExercise is especially fun when you have a buddy working out with you along the way.

The creators of iExercise recommend that you choose two parts of your body to exercise in one day and alternate them all every time you workout.
